Hardy Property (Saskatchewan)

• Eternal Energy owns 50% working interest in approximately 4,600 acres (2,300 net acres).



• EERG will oversee the drilling and operation activities associated with the property



• The Hardy Property has one oil well, recently recompleted in the Bakken formation, and currently producing approximately 60 barrels of oil and 210 barrels of water per day.



• The Company plans to drill a second, development well during the first quarter of 2011.
